Thanks to your help, my ranch has sold and closed. Within
one week of listing my property with your company, I was
contacted by an interested buyer. Within two weeks of
listing, we were in negotiation with the buyer. The loan
closed today. Again, I thank you and only wish I had
several more properties in that area to sell. (PS: I would
highly recommend your service to anyone trying to sell their
property themselves. The money I saved in Realtor fees was
enough to pay my capitol gains tax!) I had a realtor give
me a value based on his comparables in October and his opinion
was that I would probably do well to sell it for $225,000.00.
I listed it at $279,900 and sold it for $265,000.00. My
entire out of pocket costs was your fee and seller's costs of
$370.00. A FAR CRY from the 6% - 10% I would have paid a
realtor. But,
if I had not had the exposure from the ad, I would most likely
have had to list it. Again, I thank you for your services
and should the occasion arise again that I need to sell another
property, I will not hesitate to use US Property Advertiser.

writing in regards to the US Property Web Site and of the
tremendous benefits that using this service provided us in
selling our property. Initially we were skeptical in
placing an ad with the service, however; we wanted to get the
top dollar out of the land we had for sale. The internet
web site allowed the advertisement to reach many people.
We had many calls from interested buyers in several different
states. We would never hesitate to place another ad with
the company. The ad was well written and accurate. The web
master was very willing to make changes when we needed
them. They really wanted to please us and were willing to do
whatever it took to help us sell our land. The internet
connection really worked for us! In fact we feel that is the
only way to sell land.
