Mohave
County, Arizona information
Mohave
is the second largest county in the state with most of the land being desert.
There are 1,000 miles of shoreline helping the area with water recreational
activities. Most of this activity occurs at the Colorado River and several
man-made lakes. In fact, the cities of Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City owe
their large growth to these water-related activities. Mohave County is located
in northwestern Arizona. Its western border is with both California and Nevada.
On the north, it is bordered by Nevada and Utah. On the east, its neighbor is
Yavapai County. To the south, it shares a border with La Paz County. Kingman is
located in Mohave County (of which it is the county seat) west of Flagstaff
between Boulder City and Williams along Highway 66 near the Colorado river and
the Nevada state line. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 18,369, an
increase of 5,161 since 1990. Along with the recreation activities, and access
to many points of interest. We feel that if your looking for that perfect place
to build your retirement, dream home or investment property you will enjoy all
the area has to offer
